If you feel the item you bought was not graded correctly or if there is something wrong with it that we had missed, please return the item to us in the original package and we will refund all monies paid (item price + shipping both ways).
If the item was damaged during shipping, please, if possible, take a picture of the broken item with the label showing and e-mail it to us. When we receive it and after we inspect the photo, we will refund all monies.
If the item was never delivered, we will grant a full refund after 60 days of non-delivery.
