All our vinyls are 1st hand (NEW), but we prefer to consider our vinyls as "GOOD or VERY GOOD" because sometimes our merchandise can be listened to and/or manipulated by our local customers.
The stock which appears on Gemm is our complete stock ! Our stock is regularly updated : Minimum 3 times a week. Due to the large stockchanges we have, it might be that a record appears in our database, but is no longer available. We do apologize if this happens but sometimes, mistakes, defects, or details sales can always happens...
All our packages are sent with Belgian Post Solution called KILOPOST INT'L including tracking number.
Our default packagings called RAJABOOK (CARDBOARD envelope) are secure and sent "uninsured prior".
The cheapest option RAJAMOUSSE (JIFFY BAG) is also approved for vinyls,but no refund will be processed for postal damage, especially to USA.
Our special "FRAGILE" sticker contains all the appropriate "security" mentions and our complete address as sender, particularly in case of insufficient address of the recipient or if your package gets lost.
